Refund policy

We want you to love your Marleya products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review your request and work quickly to make it right.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or opened, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your return is approved, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
